BSNL – connection is barred poor service

Connection was terminated for shifting on 02-Jul-2013 Order no # 18940446754 and Connection was given on new address on 30-Sep-2013 Order no # 18940446754. Initially they mentioned that they won’t generate bills during shifting perido, but they still have generated bills and now the connection has been barred. We contacted Account officer, and he was asking us to contact JE, and when we contacted JE then he was asking us to contact Account Officer.its complete deadlock now.

Please revoke the billing amount generated during shifting period (3 months) and let us know the remaining pending amount which we will pay.
