BSNL DataOne Broadband Down – No Service

My BSNL DataOne broadband internet connection is not working from past 7 days.I have complained 4 times but every time they send me a message that complaint has been resolved but nothing happened. I have talked to manager and staff several times but not helping and laughing.After each complaint they send a message that the problem is assigned to this employee with no. But contacting him replied that this was wrong number.

I have not been able to use internet from one week and my bill cycle is generating.I have UPSC exam on 7-aug-2016 and for that i needed internet but all went in vain. BSNL service has affected my study and future. Going to BSNL office several time has costed me economically.Their laughing attitude has degraded my image.

I want my connection to be improved , cancel my future invoice and a sincere apology from their staff
