I am reliance jio user wants u to complaint about your 4g speed and bad customer care services.
sir i have purchased jio sim on 22th july 2016 and Iam facing a huge problem of low speed and despite many complaints about my spped issues with your customer care they are not capable in solving my problem from last 3weeks. and now they arent attending customer(me) from lat 4 days. i have tried to contact them to ask them about my problems with speed issue but seems like they are soo busy that they cant attend a customer. And sir you have wasted a whole month(3 weeks complies of a month if you are good at maths).

sorry to say that sir but i have tried enough and seriously tired of your bullshit 4g net and customer care services and you have made me to move to my old operator(bsnl broadband). It would be really grateful if you could solve my speed issues or these are the last days from next month i would be using my old operator instead of using your 4g and in future would not recommend for using reliance jio or any other reliance operator.

AND IN ADDITION FOR YOUR BAD SERVICES AND WASTING TIME I WANT A PROPER COMPENSATION FOR 3 WEEKS(and addon days till you don’t solve my problem).
