Sir/Madam I have BSNL EVDO Unlimited 760/- rupees plan.. I have problem about BSNL EVDO Network… Problem is they Daily at 10 pm switch off BSNL EVDO Network, then I unable to use Internet.. We call Mr. Soni He is HOD of Balco BSNL Exchange.. He does not receive my call . sometime when he receive my call than he said they don’t have Proper Backup For Electricity to run whole Exchange so he has to switch off EVDO Network because at night time they don’t have any staff present at Exchange to manually switch off EVDO .. he said when at night electricity is gone than full exchange got shutdown .. so he have to switch off the EVDO Network.. I told Him to arrange proper Backup of electricity… but he does nothing from last 2 years.. Please Help me ….

I want some compensation of 50000-100000 rs and i want permanently solution of this issue.. at bilaspur they (BSNL EXCHANGE) did not switch off any network for a second .. during power cut and even raining… Thanks Please Help me.. put me out from this tension..
