I had Submitted a HP dv 9000 laptop for hinge replacement which was done by the company and I paid INR 2700 to the company, but when I received the laptop it was not charging. This problem was introduced during the service. I approached the company as soon as I identified the problem to have it fixed but the company is asking me to pay INR 3000 extra for repairing of the issue. As the issue was caused when the laptop was submitted for service to the company, Ideally the company should fix the issue without any cost to me. I have also dropped an email on the same matter to the company Step Services (stepservices09@gmail.com)

I would appreciate if the company can fix the charging issue without any extra cost for me and hand over the laptop in working condition.
