I purchased Foot massager ( 17th Aug 2014) from Global Health care in an exhibition where i was committed with a 4 years warranty and 1 year replaceable warranty. The equipment went faulty in 5 months. I lodged the complaint with the given number in the warranty card. The person said he cannot service as he cannot cover Pune as it will be expensive for him to travel. Another person by name Siddu committed to me that he will send a service engineer from Mumbai but then went back on saying to repair it with a local electrician. I have spent 16000/- INR on it and last 4 months the appliance is idle. I would have made 1000 calls at least to these gentlemen and they do not care about the consumers. Please take them to the court and lets prove consumers are the king.Kindly help here

I want them to send the service engineer and replace the product with a proper warranty policy , in my opinion they are duping the customer big time
