BSNL – Falls bill not provided me call details

We are using B.S.N.L land line (033) 25654xxx (It belongs to my father) such a long time. On 18-2-14, I visited AOTRs Office at panihati regarding Telephone Adalat. The letter of Telephone Adalat shows Rs-6470/- is due against our no. On 21-2-12, I made written request to AOTR, Panihati regarding to give us the details of two Type-4 bill Rs-4868/- and Rs-177/- against my no. But still now no details I received from department. On visited of AOTRs office for Telephone Adalat but no positive attitude I find from him. After that, I applied to Consumer affairs dept. regarding this matter. After mediation meeting at Consumer affairs office my total outstanding was settled Rs-971/-(Fig. settled by Mrs. Rina Biswas, CAO/TR (BKP)). I also applied to surrender my B.S.N.L landline.

My main cause is apply here, why AOTR not provided me call details and why he do not take any initiative to solve my problem after received a request letter from my part. As per TRAI’s rule after permanent disconnection security deposit refunded within 60 days from disconnection date, other wise service provider will pay interest 10% p.a. I applied for surrender on 30-4-14 and my security deposit Rs-1229/- (Fig settled by CAO/BKP/TR).
