Hi , This issue is in relation to porting out from Vodafone and porting-in to Idea. Below are the sequence of action: 13-may-2014:ported out of Vodafone and ported into Idea. 13-Jun-2014:received calls to pay my due to Vodafone. 17-jun-2014:reminder calls was received asking me to ? 1. Pay the bill amount to Vodafone. 2. Share the bill receipt at idea store. 3. If I do not pay my dues to Vodafone my number will be disconnected. 17-jun-2014: Actions taken by my side? 1. Went to pay the bill at Vodafone Shop. But the representative said that they cannot find my details in there system so they cannot accept my payment. 2. Made payment via internet banking. Please find the transaction details below. 18-jun-2014:received reminder calls from idea to make the payments. 18-jun-2014: evening as requested I submitted the print of the transaction at Idea mini store Koikhali Airport Kolkata West Bengal. 18-jun-2014: To be more sure I forwarded the payment transaction to customer care Idea. 19-jun-2014: received reminder calls from idea to make the payments. ?confirmed the complete history of the sequence of action taken by me. 27-jun-2014: received again a reminder call from Idea. ?Again I confirmed about the payment. From today late afternoon my number have been disconnected. Right now I don’t know who to contact as I am unable to call. And my wife is in her 8th month pregnancy so being barred from network is not a good situation.

as operator have penalized me amusing its my mistake similarly if they are wrong a simple apology should not suffice. it must be followed with equivalent penalty.
