SnapDeal – Sent me wrong colour Galaxy mobile

Sir/Mam I ordered a product through snapdeal website on 14-6-2014 of a mobile (Samsung Galaxy Core GT-I8262 (White)). I received that product but they sent me wrong color. So I contacted them and they said to return the product and I did. I sent that product back on 21-6-2014 and that reached there on 23-06-2014. And the courier company is trying to deliver them but they are not available. I contacted snapdeal they said they are processing my request. But no action has been taken. Today again courier company made the attempt but they refused to take the product back. I want my whole product money refunded + courier charges + all my call charges that i wasted to call them again and again.
