Lenovo – Damaged battery in new laptop

I have purchase a laptop on 14/06/2014 and found the battery was damaged on 15/06/2014. I lodged a complaint with lenovo service on 16/06/2014 and they assured the new battery will be delivered in 3 days. But till now they have not delivered the battery. I have called the lenovo care so many times, but no use. On 20/06/2014 I got a call and the person called has asked me for the confirmation of deliver on the previous day and I told him that I have not received the battery yet. After that if I call, they have not pick the call for next 2 days. On 23/06/2014 evening they have picked the call and told the battery is on the way to delivery. But I have not received it so called to lenovo care and they connected to the DHL team in bangalore. The person form DHL bangalore has assured, the bettery will be delivered befor 1 pm the next day. When I called after 1 o clock they assured it will be delivered before 3pm. At evening I Called lenovo care and they told they will excalate the call. on 26/06/2014 the delivery person called me in the morning and I told him I will be available in the afternoon and asked him to deliver in afternoon and he agreed. But no delivery on 26/06/207. on 27/06/2014 I called lenovo care and they told that if the deliver doesn’t happen today, they have to take back the laptop and refund my money. They have assured it will be delivered today. But till now I have not yet received the battery and any information about it.

I am totally disappointed by their false commitments, and don’t want to continue with their improper service. So Kindly advice them to take back the laptop and refund my money.
