Tata Docomo Telephone No. : 8019083xxx Tata Docomo Account No : 917705212 Tata Docomo has provided a All Calls free (incoming, outgoing and roaming) for Rs.899/-. Through their advertisements and sales brochures they promised that they have excellent network. However in a period of 7 months I was charges Rs.20433/- (against standard bill of Rs.9000/-) because I was on roaming and Tata docomo network is absent in the all the places I was roaming and hence they automatically connected me to other network and charged exorbitantly. There is an excess billing of nearly Rs.10000/- which they company is harassing me to pay. They have committed differently and charging differently.

Tata Docomo to pay me back excess amount (Rs. collected from me as Off-Net charges which is result of their poor network and coverage. Tata Docomo to close my account and stop sending mails/phone calls asking for incorrect dues.
