Respected Sir/Madame I have land line and broad band connection of BSNL. My no. is 0471-2341xxx & Customer Id: 4011026360. I was a proud and happy BSNL user for near about 15 years and all these years i have never missed and payments. Now I am too frustrated about it service and un-notified plan changes. i am using broadband combo plan of Rs.630/month (monthly 2.5 GB free download & Night 2 AM – 8 AM free download). Some months before bsnl increased the broadband price which they intimated to customers by publishing this information in local newspapers. Now coming to my problem. Till the end of june everything was going smooth, now when i received the bill for july (Bill no: 382127917 dated 06/08/2014), i was shocked to find that the bill amount was too high. i got worried how this much amount has come and i checked my broadband billed usage details and i found out that for the month of july BSNL was charging amount for my night (2AM – 8 AM) free usage also. The next day itself i took half day leave and went to the bsnl exchange and the information i received was too disturbing. They told that the plan has been changed from first of July and was informed by a telephone call and they cant do anything. Their exact reply to me was “it is not my fault and not theirs, BSNL Hyderabad branch only did this & i have to pay the bill”. First of all they haven’t informed any of this to me (if bsnl really want to inform then why dont they put it in newspaper or other mass medias or send a personal intimation) and second how can bsnl change my current broadband plans features without my consent(my authorization). if i have to pay the bill (for mu night free usage also) its practically looting me.
