Complaint regarding order no 950838913 , sub order no- 84795607 My Mobile no- 9451635xxx Sir, Regret to inform you that I am a regular customer of homeshop18 but this time I got very very bitter experience. I placed a order of Spice Full Touch Dual Sim (11.43cm IPS Display) Android Phone-449-Mobile – Watch -Sunglasses on 9th August 2014. The consignment was unexpectedly delay. It was delivered to me after 13 days(21 august 2014- 5.30PM). 1)After opening the packet all article was packed very well. but when I inserted my sim in the mobile after charging it battery , network was showing. 2)After calling by this mobile there was not any ring tone, dial tone etc. phone was completely silent. After video recording, there was any sound. 3)There is not any sound even in earphone also. video is hanging frequently. 4)Mobile is blinking long time when switch on (occasionally) It was shocking experience for me . Actually I was waiting for this product for 13 days eagerly. But Now I am much disappointed . I have lodged the complaint at your call center yesterday(22 august) My complaint no is 110254105, Now I am returning this product today itself . Please do the needful. I am totally fadeup.
