I was using this number (9716119xxx) since last 3-4 years, but due to some constraint was not able to use my number for two months. Now when i contacted customer care i was told that my number is given to someone else without even taking my permission. I have also talked to nodal officer at 9716199010 and he told me they cannot do anything

I want my number given back to me with compensation of Rs. 1000
