Vodafone – Unfair and unjust usage and bill charged

I am using vodafone number 9873842xxx since 3 yrs,i have been using 1 GB 3G monthly rental.Whenever i went to other states on roaming,before Jan’14 i was never charged for intrnet usage other than 1 GB plan.But since jan 14 i have been on roaming to Madhya pradesh.before going to MP, i confirmed to costumer care that i will not be charged extra on internet usage on roaming.But they charged me for extra GPRS usage in Feb and March while i was using monthly rental 1GB plan and had assurance from their end that nothing extra will be charged.When i debated the case, they tried to bribe me by giving 50% concession which i refused. During march-April visit to same place,upon reaching i again confirmed to vodafone that i have manually selected vodafone IN network and that whether again i would be charged extra.I got the assurance that nothing extra will be charged and i can use my internet freely. In bill generated dated 11 April,they have again charged me a whopping 5200(extra) on account of GPRS usage. Past 3 months,Vodafone has dealt my matter in the most unprofessional and unethical manner possible If this is the case with corporate connections,only GOD knows how they deal with normal connections I request Consumer forum to deal in the strictest and the most severe way possible upon VODAFONE.

To meet my undelible physical, mental and material losses, i would want compensation of atleast rs 10,00,000/-INR from VODAFONE and a letter of apology for carrying out fraudulent and insensitive practices.
