LG – Defective product and improper service

We got a defective product and we have repaired it around 5 times under their Annual Maintainence contract but they are not replacing it. every month we get a problem. And now, we got the same problem and when we contacted the service center they cancelled the request without our consent and don’t pick up the call also.

We want the fridge to be replaced. and action against the service center for not attending the customer properly.
