ear Sir/Madam, My Vodafone number is 9646459xxx & Its registration has been failed on 05/04/2014. I migrate from post paid to prepaid on 20/3/2014. After 15 days running of my prepaid number they deactivate my number. When I ask what was the reason for deactivation of my number 9646459xxx some said due to non-usage when I called nodal office they said that on my ID proof there are more than 6 numbers running. When I ask vodafone executive on live chat they said that I can run maximum 9 prepaid numbers on my id proof. Rs 37 is balance in my prepaid number(9646459xxx)after migration. When I ask will this balance be refunded they said the balance will be refunded only to the number that is running on my id proof. But I don’t have any number that’s on my ID proof . But they said that on my ID Proof there are more than six numbers running on my Id proof. I don’t know why they are telling this. I just want to know the other numbers running on my id proof.

I want my number(9646459xxx) to be reactivated again in prepaid and the balance in my prepaid number will be give back to me and also want to know the others number running on my id proof. Because I only give my id proof to the Vodafone store but they misused my id proof and activate some more numbers and also want to closed others numbers running on my id proof
