I bought a Ducasso Black Boy Speaker With FM Player & Alarm Clock – Order no: 12358213, 26 Mar 2014, 09:15 PM using my CreditCard. I still haven’t got the item and when asked ShopClues doesnt have any clue where is that, they have given a BlueDart shipping number which is not trackable 69075591174. They stopped responding to my mails after then. Please help me as I am one of the thousand customers who got cheated by ShopClues.com.
