BSNL Hungama Activated Without Permission

I got a phone from on my landline who said that its a bsnl hungama offer and without talking further, they said that we are activating my account and it will be billed in next BSNL billing. I have tried all the contact number they have mentioned in mail but didn’t get any response. I am attaching the mail which they have sent to me.

Its going to add Rs 500+ for the feature which i didn’t need and they have activated without my concern. I do not want this feature.Also want that BSNL’s reply that this is not going to come in my bsnl billing. Also remove any kind of attached of BSNL hangaman to my BSNL landline billing.
