I had been given by Reliance an offer to port in with many promises about their services and also informed me that I can port out at any point and time if I am not satisfied with the services. Now since the day (17th February 2016)I ported in from Vodafone to Reliance, I am facing so many issues with the network. They don’t have any proper network anywhere in Delhi/NCR

Due to this port in, I am missing on to all the important / Urgent calls. No incoming calls. no outgoing calls, if by chance I get the network then the call drops, many time the network is crossed out that means the phone is totally dead. I have missed so many important official calls which never reach me. The network issue has created a mess in my life. When I called them to inform that I wanted to port out they told me that I can’t and I have to wait for minimum 90 days, which came as a shock for me. I can’t wait for so long and my fault was that I believed on all their promises. Moreover, they have a pathetic customer service. It’s just disgusting.

I want to port out from Reliance immediately as it is creating a lot of problems in my everyday life.
