I took a new landline connection for BSNL in Jaipur. The number is 01412785969. I wanted to take ALL INDIA BSNL FREE Plan. When I took the connection BSNL officers told me that the plan cannot be given at that time. First I have to take a connection and then plan will be activated. I was also told that there will not be any installation or other charges. But when I took the connection, Rs 750 were charged towards installation charge, Rs 300 for CLIP charges and Rs 500 for security deposit. Now BSNL says that there is no plan like ALL INDIA BSNL FREE plan. I took the connection only for that and I was not told that the plan doesnt exist now. BSNL is cheating its customers and they are charging installation charge / clip charges without informing the customers. They dont tell about the plans also. I went to BSNL office in Heera Path , Mansarovar Jaipur but they refused to take my complaint. I went to main office in Jaipur also but no one took my complaint. I have talked to the customer care but they also dont want to listen. I want to surrender my connection and want the full money refunded back as I was never told about such charges. I will take a new connection from a private telecom operator. Request you to please look into this matter urgently.

I want my money back without any deductions and make sure that BSNL doesnt cheat the customers.
