My account details with You broadband: Relationship Number: 762005 Username: sohil_05 Complaint number: 2014072007745 I have been using their service since a long time. My internet suddenly stopped working 3 days back (on 19 July 2014. I called them on the same day and they replied that they will solve it in 24 hours.I called on 20 July, they said the same. I called on 21 July, they said the same. It is still not working and they are replying the same, that they will solve it in 24 hours.
