I had bsnl landline with number 044-2XX50217, i was using it only for my broadband purpose. Suddenly it was terminated with out prior intimation in the month of feb 2016. Before that during the floods in chennai there was no service for approximately days but the bill was routine with no deduction for the days in which service not provided. 20th of feb the connection was terminated with out information of the same to me. and there after i continued to get bills.after that i addressed my grievance in pgportal website. I got partial remedy.

Still the bill contains the amount for which the service was not provided. Approximately 16 days. i am ready to pay the amount for what i used and not for what i have not used. kindly deduce the amount for not providing the service and i will pay the rest of the amount.
