I tried to get a Jio sim in Mumbai Maharashtra. I gave Barcode and Aadhar ID Xerox in sim shop.They done step by step process and atlast told me that the barcode was already redeemed. I didn’t gave the barcode to anyone. Please block the sim who hacked my barcode and stop working net from my loss barcode and send me a new barcode. Dear Sir I had downloaded Jio App and created a bar code. However, later when I approached for SIM, it showed Coupon Redeemed. Sir, I have Coolpad Note 3 Lite phone, and my mobile no.is 9883XX3478 which is registered my Jio app. state-West Bengal,city-Howrah. My jio bar code is 55551599476. But the retailer told to me that my bar code is used other my mobile shows redeemed while opening my Jio app and to get Jio sim Now, please give me advise what i do for get sim.
