It has been long we keep complaining about the disturbance in the telecom line and the broadband service we receive from BSNL. We made it many times personally to nearby office as well to the SSA office at Olavakkode, Palakkad. Still we are continuing with BSNL only because that nobody else covering this area for broadband service. we never used the phone line for any tele calls because of the heavy disturbances( Please check the bills to get proved ). Many of our neighbours are disconnected the tele lines just because of this. (disconnected lines for ex : 04912815636, 815991,815431,etc)

We were told two years back, that BSNL will soon replace the cable to optic fibre and hence the connection will be stable and fast. Nothing has been done so far. An early action in this regard is greatly appreciated.
