Dear Sir, I take Jio SIM and after 2 GB consumption the sim is not working. Notification told me my internet balance finished. whats the meaning of that. And i m trying to make JIO id but verification mail did not come. what can i do.

Sir i have bought a JIO sim no. 70045 79211 on dated 20th August 2016 . I am using SAMSUNG J26 PHONE ONLY data is activated . voice call no 1977, help line no 198,199 is not working so that voice call is not activated. Kindly help to activate them.
