BSNL Landline – No Customer Care

I am one of the BSNL land phone customer(0484 2477803, Chengamanad Exchange, Aluva) under in your circle/area. I already give one request letter in Aluva Exchange for land phone transferring (same exchange & same area, 20 mtrs distance) on 21/03/2014. Chengamanad Exchange received this request letter from Aluva exchange on 24/03/2014. On 02/04/2014 I complaint to Aluva head office about this matter. That same day one line man came and inform to me , they have not enough under ground cable because purchase that and we will come after lunch. I punchased 30 meter Under ground cable on the same day.After two days I again meet to AE of chengamanad exchange. She inform we will do today. Unfortunately, chengamanad Exchange(Designated person) didn’t take any necessary action until now. I have to pay the rental for the phone which I am not using for these days. My parents are aged and rely on land line phone, they can’t contact in case of some emergency at home. So please request to you, I want my telephone to be transferred immediately and the BSNL authorities should take proactive steps in dealing the Phone transfer cases We would appreciate it if this situation could be resolved immediately Thanks in advance Sureshkumar
