I had applied for BSNL Land Line Phone connection along with BSNL DataOne Broadband in March 2013.Demand note ID no.0001199892 was issued on 15/3/2013.Tel no.0251 2860397 was alloted.Till date line is not provided.On enquiry I was informed that cable is not available. At least another 6 customers from my society are waiting for new/transfer of land line.Look forward for immediate resolution of our problem. S.D.Hosing.
