month back i’ve taken d2h service from videocon, as per engineer there’ll be Rs 250/- as relocation charges in all India, since i’m shifting to another location same in delhi, i’ve called them to relocate my connection. now they are asking relocation charges as Rs 375/-. when i told them as i was being told for Rs 250/- for the same. Now they are saying if you deinstallation done by yourself than only its Rs 250/- but if you ask our engineer to come and deinstall he’ll charge Rs 375/-. This is absolutely wrong thing no one told me about this situation. Now engineer Pawan is not picking up the mobile also nor d2h helpline is ready to help.. please help.
