sir,I have tried to contact BSNL customer care center Bangalore several times.I could not get . very very poor service they are providing. every tuesday Rs 5/- has been deducting to +588881005 number from my BSNL mobile NUMBER 9448449051. I have not subscribed any follo service. I have sent SMS unsub to 155223 .even money has been deducting . kindly do justice. by N .LAKSHMIKARA REDDY. CV RAMAN NAGAR. BANGALORE.

complaint for excess deduction
Sir, This is to complaint to you that excess amount has been deducted against my mobile number 9831190411. Day before yesterday there was a balance of Rs.126.00. Now at 7:00 PM today balance showing Rs.00.59 only where as I have done 5-7 local calls out of the balance only. The excess amount has been deducted by mistake. Please, revered the amount to my mobile in immediate effect. Kindly inform action taken. Thanks
