I purchased excide Biker Z battery on 21.09.2012 from Pawan Traders, Samarth Nagar, Aurangabad, Maharashtra bill no. 726 battery no. 6L03 160763. On today red wire automatically disconnected from battery, so rushed to dealer for complaint and charging or replacement.

I was shifted my house from another city and lost my document file in journey where I kept safely battery papers and warranty card, so request for replacement of battery without bill and warranty card because it is lost while shifting my house.

The dealer plainly refuse to do. Actually he told me when I purchase the battery that we have mentioned bill no. And date of purchase on the sticker which is stick on battery and whenever you need we will tress and help you. And today he refused.

So I request to look in to and resolved the matter.
