BSNL Mobile Plan Changed Unilaterally – Review

My BSNL No.27244xxx I have received SMS that Dear BSNL customer your usage on AC No.1019280996 has exceeded 110% of your credit limit kindly contact your area accounts officer immediately. After enquiry with accounts officer chinchwad they have analysed and informed that plan has been changed automatically from 1st of july from BBT-FN-COMBO to BBG-CNG-COMBO. But I have not received any e-mail or SMS communication regarding the same. Iam in a big shock that considering night unlimited we have used internet and without any information to customers plan has been changed not even informed through BSNL Bill. Kindly request you to do the needful clarification for the same and what will my billing plan for this month.

My old plan to be continued this month and after proper communication from bsnl the plan has to be changed.
