I made BSNL ONLINE RECHARGE on BSNL Portal to my prepaid mobile No. 9738558491 for Rs.55/-. I made the payment from my
ICICI Debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but not credited to my mobile i.e. recharged failed / transaction status failed but money was not credited back to my bank account.

Dear sir, For my mobile no. 9412327906 ,on 16/07/14 payment made for recharge of talk time through vijaya bank online net banking for Rs 100/ vide transaction reference no. TXL1607201432716 and the payment was successful as per intimation of bank but bsnl not provided recharge topup of Rs100. Why required service not provided ? Please provide Rs 100.00 talk time or refund the amount. Thanks G.C.JOSHI
