Tata docomo – deactivate number getting bills

i bought a tata docomo postpaid number from company’s docomo centre from dehradun which i used from may 2013 to march 2014 and then asked the dealer to deactivate the number after paying the remaining balance for the particular month and i was given a printed receipt but i am still getting my bill going and when i went to the centre showroom it was closed and i came to know that the store was fake and the dealer was a fraud. i have already got mail of Rs 3149 in balance till june 2014.

i just want that number to stopped/deactivated. i cannot find any help at any tata store and i am not ready to pay the remaining bill as it is not my fault.i want that action should be taken against the dealer.
