Dear Sir/Madam, Today the 29.09.2015, I have paid (quick payment) my BSNL Mobile Bill of Rs. 357/- against Mobile No. 943XX01725 (Account No. 315074380) through SBI Net Banking, however, after successful Bill payment, I could not see/ print the “Digital Receipt” of the bill payment made. It is noted that the Amount of Rs. 357/- have been deducted from my Bank Account. This has brought confusion and disappointment as to the fate of the money deducted whether it will go towards payment of my BSNL Bill or not. Please rectify the problem at the earliest.
