I have a new Microsoft Lumia 430. Phone was not in working condition from the first day. Basically the screen used to go blank post swiping the home screen for menu screen. I took the phone to their care center for repair on 12-09-2015. They said phone will be fine in an hours time. But even after one week they dint repair it giving reasons as slow server etc. And when they returned the non working phone to me on 18-09-2015, it was in a worse state. Now the screen was just not working, it was blank and grey and in zero functional state. Moreover there was a fake screw inside the mobile now. I was asked to submit the phone to their care center again after consulting their customer care phone line. The complaint number is – 1305518338 (23-09-2015). Its been another 4 days and I have received no response from them. I have called their customer care number numerous time, but every time I am told that I will receive a call in 24 hours. Please help and resolve.
