Dear Tata Croma After Sales Team,

Surprised to learn about you no more taking Phone Calls for ‘After Sales Service Matters’! Well that’s STRANGE NEWS!!

Now Please register my COMPLAINT regarding one of the MANY ACs I had bought from Croma Mathura Road (Reliance – Crown Plaza) Store for my New Home at B-1269, Second Floor, GREENFIELD COLONY, Faridabad. CROMA Brand 1.5 Tonne WINDOW AC doesn’t start any more.

Kindly depute somebody to visit & rectify the defect. WE WILL BE GRATEFUL to the TEAM CROMA!!
