Sony M4 Aqua Mobile Service / Repair Not Done

Hi Team, Within 3 months of time I had contacted the Sony service center many times and still not resolved. I don’t understand after purchasing such a expensive device they are not trying to help me out in anyway. I’ve been writing several emails and just get an response that they will sort it out but its really getting frustrating now. The latest when I gave phone for checkup I was returned after 20-25 days saying the parts are replaced and now problem is sorted. But the problem continues and is worst now. I don’t understand why was I not given a replacement when I complaint first time under 7 days as per the policy. The standby handset provided to me had battery battery backup than my new phone.
