At 3:07 am, I got a message that a balance of RS 31.30 has been deducted from my balance and I have been given 50mb data pack even without my permission and I have free wifi then why would i need data pack. I called to bsnl customer care and ask for refund but there response was very filthy , rude and annoying . They told me that they are not going to provide me the refund and cut the line. It was very irritating. Please kindly look into this matter and provide me my refund. My mobile number is 94232XX640
