BSNL Pre-Paid Portal Recharge Failure

I made BSNL ONLINE RECHARGE in the “http://portal.bsnl .in/rc” to my prepaid mobile No. 9442494811 for Rs.220/-. I made the payment from my onlineTMB.com Internet Bank Account No.244100050304002. The amount was debited from my bank account but not credited to my mobile i.e. recharged failed / transiction status failed but money was not credited back to my bank account. The transaction ID is TXT0304201491983 as shown on BANK REFERANCE NO: 2036571 want to credit back the recharge failure amount Rs. 220/- to my TMB A/C no. No.244100050304002 by earliest possible time. Dear sir/ madam I have done recharge for the mobile no. 7588456046 of Rs.50 /- on dated:02.04.2014 from the site portal .bsnl.in . However we have received online receipt details. But i have not received amount that i have recharged. so kindly see that i am getting my mobile balance.
