i have ordered one USB keyboard of dell company on 27.02.2014 order id 1759949002 on snapdeal.com Their probable dispatch date was on or before 03.03.2013. On 07.03.2014 i made a compliant through E-mail they respond through email within 48 hours they will arrange. mean time i made several phone calls regarding my order. they don’t respond simply they forward one e-mail content is thank you for purchasing it. i made a phone call to snapdeal on today. i.e. 14.03.2013. they requested me that cancel my order due to unavailability of product. the proceeds may credit into 10 working days. I urged that this is not fair. after 15 days you told that product is not available that is on my enquiry

warning to that company. immediate dispatch of my product
