The following email was sent to GMTD , Ghaziabad on 17.06.13: Application for refund against disconnection of BB – 900 – ULD – COMBO: Tel No: 0120- 2770823, Account No: 1019799035 Dear Sir, 1. Please refer to my earlier e-mails dated 5th Apr,2013, 18th March,2013 & 25th February,201313 regarding complaint of my Broadband connection to GMTD, Ghaziabad, SDOP, Kaushambi, Nodal PG Officer, Ghaziabad. As no response was received by me for these e-mails I submitted a disconnection request / application to BSNL, Kaushambi Office. 2. Please note that from 30.04.2013 (A/N), my above phone has become dead with ‘No Dial Tone’. When I contacted BSNL, Kaushambi regarding this issue, I was informed that my telephone connection has been disconnected. I have also paid the bill for the April, 2013 for Rs1286/- and deposited the telephone instrument to Kaushambi Office. 3. After completing all the required formalities, I had also sent the fax to AO(TR-SHE) with copy of receipt (received against telephone instrument deposited) regarding refund of security deposit, but not received any response. Today when I spoke to AO(TR-SHE) regarding refund, I have been informed that they do not have any information about my telephone disconnection & as per their record my connection is active. This was very shocking for me. He has also given me one Phone no.2610999 for further confirmation, which was going unattended.
