On 15.11.2014 My main account balance of Rs. 30 deducted from mobile no. 9423695xxx. On the same day I have registered the complaint with BSNL customer care. But i have not received any response from them. I followed up many times but received no response. So i called customer care again & again then one day they told me that we will not refund any amount as you activated the wall paper sub 30 service. In reality i did not activated any service like this. I even didn’t know about this kind of service they have. I deactivated this service on 14.12.2014 as i was received renewal message from BSNL. Now again on 17.12.2014 my balance of Rs. 30 deducted from my main account for the same service which got active itself. I didn’t activated any kind of service. I again registered the complaint about the problem on same day with BSNL customer care. Now also they are not refunding my wrongfully deducted balance.

I want immediate refund of my deducted balance of Rs. 60. And Rs. 1000 towards medical expenses and Rs. 2000 against leave from duty because of illness which caused by non resolving of problem.
