IndiaTimes Shopping – Product out of stock, Half refund paid

I was placing order for (my Friend Lokesh, Nagpur) “Gliders Men’s N.Blue Casual Lacing Shoes (FIFA-01)” Rs.499, it was showing 499 + 100 shipping. To avoid shipping charges I have added one more article in my cart “Gliders Men’s R.Blue Bin Thong (ESQUIRE)”. order is been placed successfully on November 19, 2014. I have got dispatch details on the day when I have received my order, It was partial order of “Gliders Men’s R.Blue Bin Thong (ESQUIRE)” only, Shoe was not dispatched yet. I called to customer care regarding this, they told me it will be dispatched in 1-2 days. Today (Dec, 11, 2014) when I made a call to customer care, they are saying product is out of stock. I asked for full refund of Rs. 698……….they not agreed. They were ready to give me refund of rs. 499. I Agreed on it. They have not mentioned anywhere in the conversation that they are sending me cheque for refund. today Dec 18, 2014, They sent a mail saying cheque has been dispatched on the name of Lokesh to nagpur. They didn’t even bothered to ask to whom we send the cheque.

I want full refund of Rs. 698 in my account wired transfer. and strict action against them
