Someone called me from bsnl and told me about music on demand service.the operator asked me about my e-mail id and mobile phone number which i gave him thinking that bsnl may send my bill and other messages on e-mail. but bsnl activated movie on demand and music on demand service on my landline phone no 01612402023.I never requested for this service and never used these services but bsnl charged me for these services for the month of october.this is a fraud and cheating by the company with a subscriber. I had not pressed any button from my landline telephone to get activated any service and company has sent any message to me about activating these services on my e-mail or mobile phone number

Company must refund the amount charged with interest to me and should not call me for services like these.I will call them whenever i require any service.
