Respected sir, i and consumer like me are mentally under tension for which BSNL staffs are responsible.they donot take care when any problem creates .if we want to contact even they do not pick up the phone and after repeated call they switch off the mobile.we pay every month on time without using properly .at present the condition is that they are connecting a cable from the date 27/05/2015 and still they are connecting .so please take it under consideration and do which is possible and better for us and for bsnl also. i shall be obliged to u thanks rajesh keshri
we want that bsnl should withdraw our billing amount because of no service.
