We have purchased 2 nos of Voltas air conditioner both 2 ton capacity with 5 star for our readymade cloth store. invoice no. – 307, invoice date 10/10/2014. one of them is not cooling this season. we have logged complaint at voltas customer care no. – 1800 425 4555. 1st complain – 26/02/2015. complain id – 15022602655. 2nd complain – 25/04/2015. complain id – 15042506697. 3rd complain – 22/05/2015 complain id – 15052205113. 4th complain – complain id – till now no service is provided by voltas company.

due to higher temperature in our shop most of the customers return without any purchases. loss of sale 5,00,000/- per month. for march / April / may 2015 two times health problems to our sales persons mentally/ physically harassment.
