Airtel – Broadband connection not provided & neither refunding deposit amount

Hi, Airtel is playing games with me. They first said they don’t have feasibility in my area and again after a week they called me and said that there is feasibility now and connection would be provided within 24 hrs if I make the payment right away. To this I made the payment of rs.1000 on the same day and submitted the document to one of their field executive but then I got no response regarding installation or anything and when I call the executive would not answer my call. I tried online help service which says they would call within 2hrs but in vain because they never called. I then called their customer service number which connected after a long time and even they said they will call back after checking but never called. I tried getting in touch with nodal officer but even they said they’ll call me back with some solution but never called back. I made online payment on 21st may 2015 but till date they neither provided a connection, nor contacting me, nor giving a refund. According to airtel’s policy if connection is not provided they will refund back the deposit amount back to the same account through which payment was made within 5-7 working days. I mailed the nodal officer but they are asking for CAF’s number, scanned copy of bank statement, etc. I don’t understand why are they not refunding it back to the same account through which payment was made. I have provided transaction reference no, airtel’s account number, my phone number but they are not responding. Application no. Either connection or refund of my deposit amount at the earliest because they have crossed all time limits.
