On 23 march 2014 i bought a food processor of PHILIPS model number (HL 1659) After few months its intellect arm stop working so I complained (on 19 jan 2015) to service manager (complain number 501856635929)They asked to send the food processor to nearest service centre (satna) I send it there after 2 month (on 2 may 2015)i got it back but the condition is worse.After few day work intellect arm stop working again I complained again to service manager (complain number 502030710889).but no action was taken by manager.

I want it should replaced with new machine
