I booked row house couple of years ago. Offer by Builder 1) 0% Interest 2) EMI starts after posession Builder stoped the construction & not given possession at the given date. This year builder says, we need to apply for a loan & then only construction will proceed. . In month of Jan 2015, i had a discussion with builder & written proof that he agreed to pay the booking amount in next 10 mnths. He did 2 payments after lots of followup & since previous month he stopped the payment

Waited for a year & he had not given justice for the trust shown by all customers. Now I want the outstanding amount with INTREST or at current rate.
